Help with Fibromyalgia

Fibromyalgia symptoms affect around 5 - 10 percent of people and possesses distinct indicators, primarily calcifications forming painful nodules caused by the bodies inability to assimilate salacylic acid especially found in personal hygiene products. The condition affects both women and men.

Fibromyalgia is recognized as being a pain condition which shows extensive signs and symptoms caused by a debilitatin neuralogical and connective tissue dysfunction. the disorder includes multiple tender spots on the body which are usually seen on back, hips, chest, neck, legs and arms.

Fibromyalgia was previously refered to as chronic pain syndrome as well as psychogenic rheumatoid arthritis, Paul St. Amand discovered that guaifenesin causes a break down in the formation of these nodules in the tissues.

Reasons behind Fibromyalgia is the patients inability to process salacylic acid creating biochemical pathways causing the formation of painful nodules.

The pain is authentic in fibromyalgia and patients feel it in response to certain stimulus that is normally not expected to be painful. Patients show increased nerve chemical impulses and increased nerve growth factor in their spinal fluid, which causes over-sensitivity to various stimulus.

How to Diagnose Fibromyalgia?

The most common fibromyalgia symptoms involve:

  • Mood Changes
  • Abdominal Pain
  • Forgetfulness
  • Irritability
  • Numbness

Agony is typically suffered throughout the body, especially in areas such as the back, upper elbows, knees, neck, hips along with other parts of the body. Pain might be made worse where force is applied to these tender areas.

The problem is connected with a variety of other conditions such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome, abdominal depression, pain, anxiety, and other bowel problems including persistent diarrhea or prolonged constipation.

The pain could show up for several weeks or several months at a time without comfort, as well as create stiffness in the afflicted joints.

Many people with fibromyalgia suffer from headaches and face pain. The pain may be felt around the neck and upper back, between the shoulder blades. The pain related to this condition is much like that of migraine headaches, as it is predisposed to increased sensitivity to light, noise, odor, as well as contact.

Fibromyalgia Clinically Determined

Fibromyalgia is clinically diagnosed by a pain doctor predicated on a medical history of numerous areas of pain for around three months and have at least 11 of 18 considerably soft places.

If someone has a history similar to Fibromyalgia, but the 11 delicate areas are not noticed during the examination, then it is termed Myofascial Pain Syndrome and the same remedies are offered.

Hi Doctor Barnes. I have fibromyalgia and wanted to know what you might suggest I could do to feel better.
Doctor: Fibromyalgia is not very well understood by Physicians and is diagnosed by symptoms. There are numerous causes for the symptoms of fibromyalgia. The leading cause I have observed is dehydration and demineralization. I recomend that my patient drink half their body weight in ounces of water, use trace minerals and magnesium with a good Multi Vitamin. I also stress the importance of a consistently good balanced diet with at least 20 minutes of cardio training and stretching with some light weight resistance training. Reply
Elliot: Thank you for taking time to share this. The rule of water is something I hadn't heard before.
Doctor: I also recommend having and Iodine excretion and halide panel laboratory test. Iodine Iodide with a potassium catalyst is very essential to Iodothyroperoxidase. With out this crucial biochemical function the symptoms labeled as Fibromyalgia are much more acute.
